Lifetime Workmanship Warranty
Every panel, paint and accident repair that leaves our Frankston workshop is covered by our Lifetime Workmanship Warranty for as long as you own the vehicle. If a problem caused by our workmanship ever appears, bring the car back and we will put it right at no cost to you.
What the warranty covers
- The quality of our panel repairs, alignment and fitment
- Paint finish defects caused by our work, such as peeling, cracking, bubbling or loss of gloss
- Colour match on repaired panels, as assessed at the time of collection
- Trims, mouldings and components we refitted
What the warranty does not cover
- New accident damage, stone chips, scratches or hail after collection
- Normal wear and tear, age-related fading, or damage caused by neglect or harsh chemicals
- Areas of the vehicle we did not repair
- Rust that existed outside the repaired area
- Replacement parts, which carry their manufacturer’s warranty (we will help you make that claim)
- Repairs that have since been altered or repaired by another workshop
How to make a warranty claim
- Call us on (03) 9580 6996 or email info@alfabodyworks.com.au with your name, vehicle and approximate repair date.
- Send a few photos of the issue, or arrange a time to bring the vehicle in.
- We will inspect it and, if the issue is covered, arrange the repair at no charge.
Please keep your tax invoice, as it is your proof of repair. The warranty applies to the registered owner at the time of repair and is not transferable.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under that law.
