Our premises are in Frankston; we do not operate separate branches in the suburbs listed here. Monday to Thursday we are open 8:00 am to 4:30 pm and Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Saturday and Sunday are closed. Upload photos at any time and our team will review the enquiry during business hours.
If you were not at fault
Use the guided eligibility form on our not-at-fault page. If Alfa accepts your case, the agreed repairs and replacement-car hire are no cost to you, even if insurer recovery fails. Acceptance, repair scope and hire arrangements are confirmed in writing before you commit.
